Passenger Transport Kit for the X250 Platform (Ducato, Jumper, Boxer, Movano) with EasyFix Fixing System

BRBNI ABS Components introduces the new EasyFix passenger transport kit for the X250 platform, compatible with Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, Peugeot Boxer and Opel Movano.
The solution is designed for professional passenger transport applications while preserving the vehicle’s original structural integrity.The base kit consists of 10 components engineered to fully line the interior surfaces of the cargo area, including rear and sliding doors. With a total weight of approximately 50 kg, the system helps minimize the impact on vehicle payload a key factor for operators involved in shuttle services, organized tourism and collective mobility.

Installation is carried out using the EasyFix system, without drilling into structural parts of the vehicle, thanks to dedicated fixing caps. This significantly reduces installation time while maintaining the vehicle’s structural integrity. Window cut-outs, including those on rear and sliding doors, are flush-mounted and finished edge-to-glass, ensuring a clean, professional interior appearance and simplifying installation processes.

From a design perspective, the side panels are pre-configured for seat belt pretensioner integration. The new roof panel, more linear compared to previous solutions, improves the overall visual uniformity of the interior. Wheel arches and panels are individually replaceable in the event of damage or accidents, avoiding the need to replace the entire lining system. An overhead cabin storage cover is available as an optional component.
