BRBNI ABS Components introduces a new ABS interior lining kit designed for Renault Master and Nissan Interstar, developed specifically for passenger transport applications where cleanliness, durability and a professional finish truly make the difference.
The solution is designed to fit the most common vehicle configurations such as L2H2 and L3H2, with a straightforward approach: ready-to-fit components, easy installation and no structural modifications. In other words, you work faster without unnecessary complications.
The kit consists of pre-formed elements that perfectly follow the internal geometry of the vehicle, eliminating the need for adjustments. The “ready to fit” concept means immediate installation, no invasive work and no wasted time in the workshop. All components are designed to maintain access to lights and systems, making routine maintenance quick and simple. In case of damage, each panel can be replaced individually without removing the entire setup.
Window finishes, including rear and side doors, are flush-mounted and aligned with the glass, ensuring a clean and professional interior look while simplifying installation.
The EasyFix system completes the solution: a smart fixing system that uses the vehicle’s original mounting points, avoiding drilling and structural modifications. This results in faster, cleaner and fully repeatable installations, without compromising the integrity of the vehicle.
From a material perspective, the kit is made of embossed ABS available in white and grey, designed to withstand intensive use. Surfaces are waterproof and easy to clean, even with pressure washers or steam, making it ideal for daily passenger transport operations. With a total weight of approximately 50 kg and an average installation time of around 360 minutes, the kit is perfectly suited for serial production where speed and efficiency are key.
