New fabric-effect ABS

BRBNI ABS Components expands its range with a new fabric-effect ABS material, developed to improve comfort and interior quality in commercial vehicle conversions.

Thanks to its special textured surface, the material visually and tactually resembles fabric while maintaining all the advantages of thermoformed ABS, such as durability, resistance and ease of cleaning.

This solution is particularly suitable for passenger transport vehicles, where it can be used for roof headliners, and for campervan conversions, especially in sleeping areas where it helps create a warmer and more comfortable environment compared to traditional smooth or embossed ABS.

The material is made from recycled thermoformed ABS and is currently available in grey colour with a panel thickness of 3,4 mm, making it suitable for typical interior vehicle applications.

With this new material, BRBNI ABS Components continues to expand its range of solutions designed to support converters and bodybuilders in creating durable, functional and high-quality vehicle interiors.
